At The Beauty Centre we aim to give you the most professional treatments available in a private and relaxed atmosphere. Our team of highly skilled and experienced therapists are here to help you resolve any of your beauty concerns or, indeed, just to give you that little bit of pampering you deserve.

Rachel Sheppard
Director/Therapist
My name is Rachel and have owned The Beauty Centre since its opening in 1992.
I am passionate about all things beauty and am privileged to be part of the Clarins Higher Tier Gold Salon Group.
I am blessed to employ such gorgeous, devoted staff who always make sure that every client enjoys their experience at the salon.
We have many loyal customers, some whom I have known for over 30 years!
My area of expertise is Facial Aesthetics including Microneedling, IPL Laser, Peels, Advanced Electrolysis and Perfector.

I joined The Beauty Centre in February 2020. I have been a qualified beauty therapist for the past 12 years. I enjoy the variety of treatments at the salon and also the fabulous Clarins products.

I have worked at the The Beauty Centre since 2017. I love working here and have learnt a lot. Rachel is a great boss and ensures it is always a happy and friendly environment, as well as making sure we are all well trained in all the new treatments. My favourite treatments are shellac, waxing, IPL Laser and electrolysis, but I also specialise in Clarins Wellness and Expert body treatments.

I have been a Senior Therapist at The Beauty Centre for 4 years. I love my job. I really enjoy talking to clients and doing treatments that give an instant end result. The treatment I am most passionate about is Eyelash Extensions as you can always see such a difference.

I joined the Beauty Centre in June 2021, Where I completed my apprenticeship in Beauty Therapy. I qualified in July 2023. I am very passionate about all things beauty, however my favourite treatments are nails and eyelash extensions. I look forward to meeting you at the Beauty Centre.

2018-2019 I completed my work experience at The Beauty Centre. I have been qualified for 4 years and in January 2022 I finally became part of The Beauty Centre team, I’m extremely excited to be here.
I enjoy doing a variety of treatments including shellac, waxing, tinting and lash lifts.

I joined the team at The Beauty Centre in September 2021 having worked as a receptionist at a GP practice for 20 years. I love working with the lovely team of girls and meeting the friendly clients. The Beauty Centre is a great place to work.

I joined The Beauty Centre, Wimborne as a Receptionist in November 2023. Before this, I worked for twenty years as an English teacher and Assistant Headteacher. I am also still involved in education through teacher training. I have also worked for a few High Street Banks and been a Library Manager. Having been a client of The Beauty Centre for many years, I am very happy that I now work here. I enjoy meeting the clients and working with the team.
