On the rare occasion that a product is out of stock you will be notified by email. If the product is part of a multiple order we will ship the available parts immediately and despatch the remaining goods when they become available at no extra charge. Returns
Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason it is important that you email or telephone us on our sales line to inform us of your intention. All goods should be returned to The Beauty Centre Ltd unopened, undamaged in the original box within 7 days of receipt. This will be done at you own cost and risk. In the rare case of a product arriving faulty or damaged it is important you email or telephone us on our sales line. Any faulty goods or packaging will be required to be returned to us and the cost of postage refunded. A replacement order will be despatched immediately.
